Registration and Admission: Exhibitors are required to bring along your exhibition agreement and all necessary documentations during the registration. Travel Service: To facilitate your stay, we have arranged the Official Travel Agent to provide service on your hotel and transportation bookings. Other Services: Other services include advertising, translation, organized industry program, stand Contractor recommendation and media introduction.
Electricity supplied to booths will be terminated at 15:30 on 18th April, 2010. All rented furniture and fittings will be removed. Exhibitors are required to remove all display items on the shelves and valuables in the cabinets. The exhibition hall will be cleaned at 18:00 on 18th April, 2010; leftover items in the booth shall be treated as waste or products to be disposed. - Stand Fittings / Decorations
- Stand construction must not affect any neighbor Exhibitors;
- All construction work must be conducted within booth area. No other exhibits are allowed to be display outside the booth without prior permissions from the Organizing Committee;
- No items are allowed to be directly pasted on the walls; otherwise, any damage shall be the responsibility of Exhibitors.
- Safety
- No smoking within the hall;
- No other electrical Contractor will be permitted to carry out electrical work onsite;
- Please safe keep all personal belongings to prevent loss and theft during the exhibition;
- For outdoor exhibition area, Contractors must use inflammable materials and maintain 5 meters distance from the nearby buildings. If the surrounding are entertainment centers, public area, petrol and gas stations or warehouse, you are required to keep 15 meters distance. It is not permitted to build temporary structure within 5 meters from the location of high-voltage cable and transmitter.;
- Fascia Board and system panels are required to use fire retard materials. The distance between system panels and hall walls must be not less than 0.6m, and the limited height usually does not surpass 5m;
- Not allowed to do painting, using petrol or alcohol type of flammable products to clean and store them within the hall. Must not bring in or use at the exhibition site dangerous and hazardous goods and equipment such as poisonous gas, fuel, kerosene, noxious materials, inflammables, and equipment using such inflammable materials as gas stoves, kerosene stoves and electric stoves.;
- No fire and flames use within the hall, if your Contractor needs to use any tools that will generate sparks, they are recommended to work 5m away from the area and with supervision only. Tools are required to be removed immediately after work;
- Exhibits containing explosives, radiation or any other dangerous materials are strictly prohibited. Pressure vessels for display are not allowed to charge;
- Do not damage or destroy all fire, safety devices;
- With effect from 1st Jan 1999, all vehicles (not including army vehicles, special-appointed vehicles and police vehicles) coming into Beijing from other provinces must be registered with the Beijing Local Transportation Authority to test exhaust emission for approval of entering Beijing. Vehicles that are not approved by the authority are not allowed to enter Beijing.
- Exhibition Rules
- Exhibitors must ensure that all remaining payments are been paid, otherwise, you are not entitled to exhibit ;
- If exhibitor’s request is not approved by the Organizing Committee, all deposits will be forfeited;
- Stand/s will be allocated at the Organizing Committee’s full discretion. The Organizing Committee may change the floor plan or exhibitor display (“The Exhibit”). The Organizing Committee’s determination with respect to allocation of the Stand/s will be binding on the Exhibitor. Where practicable Stand/s will be allocated according to the Exhibitor’s sequence of choices;
- Exhibits and display shall be fully taken care of by exhibitor themselves. During the exhibition, booths must be attended at all times. On show closing, booth attendant can only leave after security check ;
- Safety and Insurance – The Organizing Committee is only responsible for public liability insurance. The Exhibitor shall take out and maintain from approved insurance companies an insurance policy in connection with the Exhibition and the exhibits. Should you need overnight storage for high value products within the hall, you are recommended to take out your own security and insurance. - Badges – All Exhibitors, booth attendants and Contractors are required to put on a badge during the move-in, Exhibition period and move-out. Otherwise, security guards will stop any unauthorized personnel from entering the hall
- The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the acceptance and storage of exhibits and exhibition materials. Before the closure of show on 3:30 p.m. April 18th, 2010, Exhibitors are not allowed to bring exhibits out of the exhibition area. You are requested to complete a questionnaire/survey before move-out. Exhibitors should provide the information and materials related to exhibiting to the Organizing Committee, which will not be publicized without the permission of Exhibitors. The Organizing Committee can issue the show data.
- Organizing committee will collect all questionnaires by the morning of April 18th, 2010;
- Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute promotional materials outside their stands. This is to observe fairness to other Exhibitors and to prevent inconvenience to visitors;
- No Exhibitors are allowed to tear-down booth during exhibition days, otherwise, a penalty may be levied;
- License - When necessary, you may be requested to show carbon copies of your business registration;
- Food & Promotional materials - No food (other than beverage) is allowed in the hall. You are requested to dine at the designated food areas & restaurant;
- Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute promotional materials outside their stands. This is to observe fairness to other Exhibitors and to prevent inconvenience to visitors;
- Admission, Signage and Photography - Exhibitors, Visitor and guests will be asked to leave the exhibition if they are determined to be mentally ill, drunk or create disturbance;
- Any signage that indicates reverse show image and objective will be removed;
- Exhibitors are required to respect the rights of other Exhibitors; you are recommended not to enter other exhibitor booths without their invitation;
- No photography, video and recording of any sorts without permission by the Organizing Committee;
- Furniture Rental - You can rent furniture and fittings from the official stand Contractor by completing and returning the application within the deadline provided. Submissions after the deadline will have a surcharge of 30% on top of the regular fee. Onsite bookings will have a surcharge of 50%;
- The decision of the Organizing Committee in any problem or dispute will be final. The Organizing Committee reserves the explanation rights for the above items;
- Booth Design and Fitting :

- Standard System Booth:
3meters by 3meters, including English & Chinese Name on Fascia Board, 3 sides white walls, 1 counter, 2 chairs, 1 unit of Amp/220V power point, 2 florescent lights and carpeting within booth. Exhibitors with this type of booth options are only provided an empty area measured to the agreed size/dimension. Exhibitors are required to decorate and construct the booth with the stated regulations. Stand design and construction service can be recommended by the Organizing Committee.
Design and Special designed booth will be charged an administrative fee layout plan: Exhibitors are to submit stand layout plan to organizing committee at 86-10-8586 5735 no later than 15th Feb. 2010 or immediately for approval. Drawings dimension must not be smaller than 1:100. Please provide all details including interior layout, phone and electrical layout, color and materials, audio equipment and etc. The permitted stand height must be admitted by the organising committee. Design that does not fit the requirements of the fire safety division will be instructed to adjust drawings and design.
Electrical: Electricity will be supplied through the Organizing Committee only. The Official Electrical Contractors have been appointed to carry out all electrical work (wiring and connections, lighting, etc) on all stands (Shell Scheme, Upgraded Shell Scheme and Bare Space) at the exhibition and the exhibitor shall pay all charges. Any design or plan of electrical installation must be submitted to the Organizing Committee and Official Contractors for approval before 15th Feb. 2010. Electrical supply are 220v (-6%), single phase, 50amp or 380v (-60%), 3 phase 50 amp.
Approval of design plan: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to approve or request exhibitor to alter drawings. If the design is not approved by the Organizing Committee, exhibitor will not be allowed to construct the booth.
- Additional Booth requests:
Before the show opening, if any exhibitor needs to increase exhibit area, have to apply with the Organizing Committee. No work can be conducted unless approval granted and payment received. For any order of water and electrical requirements, please complete the forms and make the necessary payments before the deadline. Otherwise, 50% surcharge will be levied for on-site orders.
