Certificate Service
Badges will be made for every worker engaging in the exhibition. The badge is universally used during decorating, move-in and move-out of the exhibition. The person without a badge is prohibited during the exhibition.
Certificate processing
Distribution principle: 3 exhibitor badges can be provided for each standard booth (9m2). One badge is provided for every 4 m2 of the non-standard booth. If extra badges are required, a written application should be submitted to the organizing committee by February 1, 2010.
Exhibition certificate: is used by the personnel of the exhibitors for access to the exhibition hall during decorating, move-in and move-out of the exhibition.
EXHIBITOR’S NAME BADGES
Exhibitors’ badges are strictly for staff manning the Exhibition booths. Only contracted companies are eligible to apply for these badges. Please complete and return the Form by 1 Mar. 2010. Exhibitors who wish to register their customers should use the invitation flyers which will be provided at a later date. These flyers may also be used for Exhibitors’ staff who will be manning the Exhibition.

Vehicle certificate: is used for the vehicles for transportation of the exhibits of the exhibitors during move-in and move-out of the exhibition.
Construction certificate: is used for the decoration and construction units during the move-in and move-out of the exhibition. The certificate is invalid during the exhibition.
*Each Exhibitor will be given badges according to the above for free and if more is required, a deposit of RMB50 shall be paid onsite. Deposit can be returned upon the badges after the exhibition.

Configuration of Shell Scheme Booth
3m*3m, including both Chinese and English company name for fascia, three white aluminium wall penals, one cunsulation table, two chairs, one 5A/220V socket, two lights, carpet and waste paper basket.
One shell scheme booth can only hangs one company name fascia. If over 18m2 and with the permission of organizing committee, single booth can hang more than one fascia. If have more than two booths, please only mark booth number; if no special requirements, it is regarded as acquiesce to remove space plate and provide two pieces of white aluminium wall penals in the corner.

Requirements of Raw Space Booth
Exhibitors who choose raw space booth are only provided open ground of exhibition without carpet. The exhibitors should design and build the booth themselves and obey the above regulations of the exhibition and other rules made by the organizing committee before and during the exhibition. The orgnazing committee also provides service of designing and building booth. If inquiries design suggestions or price, please contact with exhibition organizer.
Design Drawing:
The exhibitors should submit the design sketch and drawing of the booth to organizing committee and official contractor company for approval by Mar. 1, 2010, relevant drawings should be sent to the exhibition organizer (Fax: 010-85865735)。The drawing scale shouldn’t less than 1:100 and should mark out full size and attach informations of site plan, front view of booth, telephone number, power installation, color and material, audio-visual equipment etc. The height limit of all booth decoration, installation, exhibits height should be no more than five meters unless the exhibitor has obtained the permission of the committee in advance.
Power Installation:
All power installations should be intalled by the venue and the charges are undertaken by the exhibitor. The design sketch and drawing toghther with aboved booth design drawing should be submitted to the organzing committee by Mar. 1, 2010. The power supply of the venue is 380V/5 wires, 220V/ 3 wires, 50 HZ.
Application and Approval Procedure of Purpose-Built Booth:
1. Submit the purpose-built booth construction plan to the committee for approval
2. After examined, the committee will affix seal on the plan if qualified.
3. Bring the plan with seal of the committee to the official contractor of the exhibition for application and approval.
☆ All plans of purpose-built booth should be submitted to the organizer for allpication and approval by Mar. 1, 2010, later application after the deadline won’t be accepted. The official contractor won’t accept the application of the plans of purpose- built booth without the examination and approval of the organizer. And the plan can’t be altered after the examination of the organizer and official contractor.
☆ The organizer is entitled to refuse to approve the design sketch and drawing, or requires the exhibitors to amend their design. Unless the design sketch and drawing is approved by the organizer, the exhibitors can’t build the booth in the venue themselves. According to the Regulations of Public Security and Fire Protection Management, all the constructions of purpose-built booth can’t exceed the limit, and the height must be no more than 5 meters; the penalty for breaking the rule can be a heavy fine. For better supervision to the construction of purpose-built booth, the CNCC requires all contractors and transport companies wishing to work in the Exhibition Halls must submit written application to the official contractor of the exhibition 30 days ahead. They can handle the contruction procedures only after the approval. Application and Approval Procedure of Purpose-Built Booth of the exhibition is as following:
Additional Booth and Facility
Additional Booth:
If the exhibitor wants to add booth at the time the exhibition is opening, should submit written application to the organizer; after approval, the exhibitor should build booth at the appointed place of the organizer and pay additional fees for the booth.
Charge Method and Standard of Additional Installation of Water and Power Facility
If adding water and power facility except the original standard facility, please apply and consult to the official contractor appointed by the organizer. All adding facilities should be fixed in advance; a surcharge of 50% will be levied for on-site order.

Getting There: ![]() Traffic Guide: ![]() Subway Guide: ![]() Most visitors, Chinese or foreigners will find the subway train clean, fast and relatively comfortable, except during weekends or rush hours, when the subway train is very crowded. The subway runs every 3 or 5 minutes daily from 5:00 to 22 or 23:00, according to different first stations and the fare is 2RMB per ride for any distance. There are two subway lines in Beijing: one runs under Changan Avenue and its line extends from Sihuidongzan in the east to Pingguoyuan in the west; another one circles under the northern part of the Second Ring Road. You can transfer between these lines at Fuxingmen station and Jianguomen station with no transfer fee. Subway entrances are show on city maps. Each station usually has four entrances. The entrances can be identified by a large blue sign with letters BD inside a circle. If you still can not find it, you may ask a Chinese "di tie”. Walk down stairs to enter a station the tickets are sold above the platform. When going down to the platform, hand your ticket to the checker at the top of the stairs. On tunnel walls of the platform, you can see signs and maps in Chinese and Pinyin indicating the next station and helping you to decide which subway train to take. Over the door inside the train you also can find complete system maps in Chinese and Pinyin, and an announcement tells you the name of the next station both in Chinese and English. If you find you are on the wrong train, you can just get off at the next station, (It usually takes about 4 or 5 minutes to travel between stations.), and get on the train running to the opposite direction. No transfer fee will be charged. Beijing Bus Beijing Public Transport Holdings, Ltd. (BPT) is a large state-owned enterprise operating mainly the ground passenger transportation. As of the end of 2006, BPT has a fleet of 25,409 operating vehicles of various kinds, plying 800 bus routes with an annual mileage and passenger trips topping 1.57 billion km and 389 billion respectively. City public buses run from 5:30 till 23:00 daily. Taking buses in Beijing is quite inexpensive but less comfortable than a taxi or the subway. The flat rate for an electric car and ordinary public car is 1RMB. Buses equipped with air-conditioning or of special line are charged according to the distance. Few foreigners like getting around by bus, because it is always crowded, especially during rush hours (6:30-9:00 and 17:00-19:00). Some conductors give the stops name in English but they can’t speak any more English. Write down some commonly used sentences in Chinese is quite helpful. Minibuses, serving from 7:00 to 19:00, charge the flat rate of 2RMB guaranteeing a seat. They are faster and more comfortable Its very easy to hail a taxi anywhere in Beijing. Taxi is the preferred transportation choice for most foreigners, because they are inexpensive and plentiful. The taxi charges 10RMB for the first tour within 4 or 5 kilometers and 1.2, 1.6 or 2RMB thereafter per kilo. The bridge and road tolls will be paid by passengers. For a journey that takes longer than 10 kilo or running after 23:00, the fares will be charged at 50% more. Ensure that the driver starts the meter. You can ask for a receipt which will have the number of the taxi printed on it. Have this handy in case of complaint. Most drivers can’t understand English, so write down your destination in Chinese beforehand. Registration and Admission: Exhibitors are required to bring along your exhibition agreement and all necessary documentations during the registration. Travel Service: To facilitate your stay, we have arranged the Official Travel Agent to provide service on your hotel and transportation bookings. Other Services: Other services include advertising, translation, organized industry program, stand Contractor recommendation and media introduction. Electricity supplied to booths will be terminated at 15:30 on 18th April, 2010. All rented furniture and fittings will be removed. Exhibitors are required to remove all display items on the shelves and valuables in the cabinets. The exhibition hall will be cleaned at 18:00 on 18th April, 2010; leftover items in the booth shall be treated as waste or products to be disposed.

Exhibitors with this type of booth options are only provided an empty area measured to the agreed size/dimension. Exhibitors are required to decorate and construct the booth with the stated regulations. Stand design and construction service can be recommended by the Organizing Committee. Design and Special designed booth will be charged an administrative fee layout plan: Exhibitors are to submit stand layout plan to organizing committee at 86-10-8586 5735 no later than 15th Feb. 2010 or immediately for approval. Drawings dimension must not be smaller than 1:100. Please provide all details including interior layout, phone and electrical layout, color and materials, audio equipment and etc. The permitted stand height must be admitted by the organising committee. Design that does not fit the requirements of the fire safety division will be instructed to adjust drawings and design. Electrical: Electricity will be supplied through the Organizing Committee only. The Official Electrical Contractors have been appointed to carry out all electrical work (wiring and connections, lighting, etc) on all stands (Shell Scheme, Upgraded Shell Scheme and Bare Space) at the exhibition and the exhibitor shall pay all charges. Any design or plan of electrical installation must be submitted to the Organizing Committee and Official Contractors for approval before 15th Feb. 2010. Electrical supply are 220v (-6%), single phase, 50amp or 380v (-60%), 3 phase 50 amp. Approval of design plan: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to approve or request exhibitor to alter drawings. If the design is not approved by the Organizing Committee, exhibitor will not be allowed to construct the booth.
Before the show opening, if any exhibitor needs to increase exhibit area, have to apply with the Organizing Committee. No work can be conducted unless approval granted and payment received.
For any order of water and electrical requirements, please complete the forms and make the necessary payments before the deadline. Otherwise, 50% surcharge will be levied for on-site orders.
